M is a nice guy with good intentions. The agreed upon objectives were not met, but he tried and delivered on the first of the 3 parts. Life happens but as long as everything is communicated in a timely manner, it's understandable. This was my first time using Fiverr. I don't think I'll be returning to this platform.
